How to claim a price match:

  1. Send us proof — A link to the competitor’s website or a copy of their quote is required.

  2. Product must be in stock — The competitor must currently have the item available.

  3. Product must be identical — Same size and same version (like-for-like).

  4. Contact us before purchase — Email us with the link or quote before placing your order so we can verify and apply the price match.

  5. Valid online and in-store — This offer is available in-store and at www.growershub.co.nz.

Exclusions:

We will not honour price matches under the following conditions:

  • The product is used, opened, or not brand new

  • The competitor is not an authorised Bio Diesel dealer

  • The offer is from duty-free, clearance outlets, warehouses, or businesses under insolvency administration

  • The product is listed on websites without a physical retail presence in New Zealand
