What is your address?

Do you accept cash or other types of payments?

Yes, we still accept cash or bank transfers. Get in contact with us, we can work it out.

Can i pick up my order?

Just hit the click and collect option when you place your order.

How long does the courier take?

Auckland is generally next day. The rest of the North Island is 2 days and South Island 3 days. However with the current global pandemic these times could increase at anytime. Call or email us if you have questions.

Is the packing discreet for my order?

Yes, we use discreet packaging. If you have any special requirements please leave a note for us.

My product arrived and it is damaged, what should i do?

Take some photos of the packaging and sign as damaged if possible. Contact us with the photos and order number and we will sort the rest. Make sure you read our shipping terms to guide you through the process

I changed my mind, can I return the product?

Yes, make sure the packaging is un-opened and still in original condition. Only products sent back in a 'as new' condition will be refunded - Refer to our returns policy
