Stone Wool is a reliable substrate that can be used in hydroponics or soil growing. Made from Basalt Rock, stone wool is an inert growing medium. It contains a low density and vertically oriented fibre structure, this allows for great irrigation and drainage properties which optimizes root development and plant growth.
