This fast-growing snowball cauliflower matures in approximately 55–65 days, producing solid, round white curds up to 15cm in diameter. Compact in habit and reliable in performance, it is well suited to home gardens and raised beds.
With a mild, slightly nutty flavour and a crunchy texture, this cauliflower is highly versatile in the kitchen. It is ideal for roasting, stir-fries, and can also be puréed for hearty winter soups.

Directions for Use:
For sowing: Sow seeds into trays filled with fine seed-raising mix. Firm gently and keep moist until germination occurs. Transplant seedlings when they are approximately 7cm high.
For growing on: Grow in a sunny, well-drained position where brassicas have not been planted for at least two years. Prepare soil with organic matter before planting. Water regularly and protect young plants from snails and slugs. As curds develop, fold outer leaves over the top to prevent yellowing. Seedlings can be planted closer together if smaller heads are preferred.
