Yates - Seed Pack Thyme

Thyme grows into an attractive, compact bush with small, fragrant leaves that add depth and flavour to a wide range of dishes. A classic culinary herb, thyme is especially well suited to slow-cooked meals, stocks, sauces, poultry, and fish.

Once established, thyme is hardy and low maintenance, making it an excellent choice for garden beds, borders, and containers.

Directions for Use:

For sowing: Sow seeds directly where they are to grow. Cover lightly with fine seed-raising mix, firm gently, and keep moist until germination occurs. Thin seedlings to 25cm apart once established.

For growing on: Choose a sunny, well-drained position. Improve acidic soils with lime or dolomite if required. Once established, plants require minimal watering. Protect young plants from snails and slugs.
