Forsana Hydroponic Plus is a silver-stabilised 7.5% hydrogen peroxide formula designed for sanitation and root zone management in hydroponic growing systems. Unlike standard food-grade peroxide, the silver stabilisation extends the product's active life, delivering consistent antimicrobial performance rather than degrading rapidly after mixing.

The added silver ions enhance broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, making the formula up to eight times more effective than standard hydrogen peroxide against common hydroponic pathogens including pythium, fusarium, grey mould, mildew, leaf spot, algae, and biofilm-forming bacteria. As it decomposes, hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen, leaving no harmful residues while elevating dissolved oxygen in the root zone to support germination, root development, and nutrient uptake.

Suitable for use across the entire growing system, including nutrient solutions, growing media, reservoirs, tubing, and equipment. Not compatible with organic additives, beneficial bacteria, or mycorrhizae.

Directions for Use

Water pre-treatment: Add 10–15 ml per 10 litres of water and wait 30 minutes before use.

Nutrient solution treatment: Add 5–10 ml per 10 litres of nutrient solution every 7–10 days. Add a few hours after nutrients, or wait 24 hours if using beneficial bacteria.

Growing media sterilisation: Use 250 ml (one cup) per 10 litres of water. Soak media for 40–60 minutes and rinse until water runs clear.

Biofilm removal: Use 300 ml per 10 litres of water and circulate through the system for one hour.

Root dip (pre-transplant): Use 30 ml per 500 ml of water for a 30-second dip.
