ULTRA FINE SCREENED LIME FROM LOCAL OTAGO QUARRIES

Ag Lime improves a plants ability for nutrient uptake and encourages beneficial soil micro/macro-organisms and water retention. Ag Lime can help decrease the availability of metals such as aluminium and manganese.

This lime is super fine, and can pass through a 100mcr mesh. 

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Soil Test for optimum levels

Apply 1/2 cup of lime per square meter of garden, mix and water in (130g). 

For established plants, topdress 3/4 cup of lime per square meter of garden (195g). 

To help compost bins break down, add 1/4 cup of lime per layer of compost (65g)

For modified medium building with peat moss at 30-50 percent, try 1 cup per 30 litres but keep an eye on the target PH
