Instructions

1. Place coco block in a large container or tub

2. Add 15–20L of clean water to start hydration

3. Break apart fibres by hand as it expands

4. Add more water until fully fluffed (approx. 70L yield)

5. Use immediately or store in a sealed container

6. Add nutrients according to plant requirements
